Birth of ACF Real Molinillo

The birth of ACF Real Molinillo FC at Pizza Hut on 3 June 2012.

On 3 June 2012, former De La Salle Lipa high school and college varsity coach Rex Raymond Torrecampo and several of his own players from the DLSL varsity teams came together for an informal meeting at the Pizza Hut Restaurant inside Robinson's PlACE in Lipa City to form a new Lipa City-based football club.

The new club was named Asociación Club de Fútbol Real Molinillo de Café or Association Football Club Royal Coffee Mill. The club would begin initially as an by invitation-only football club but later be opened to football enthusiasts in the province of Batangas.

Joining Torrecampo in the meeting initially were Jed Maralit, Paolo and Joseph Victor Medina and Gregg Anthony Atijon. Lorenzo Gherardelli and Renz Dimaano would later arrive to join the discussions.

It was agreed that the new club would at first play every weekend at the tennis court of Base View Homes Subdivision while it searched for a grass field to play on.
