ACF Real Molinillo began playing as a football club on 16 June 2012, two weeks after it was formed in a restaurant in Lipa City, Batangas. Founder Rex Raymond Torrecampo, who spent three decades coaching at De La Salle Lipa, was joined on the first day by twelve of his former players at the school.

Also present were club co-founders Jed Victor Maralit, Gregg Atijon and brothers Paolo and Joseph Victor Medina. Other players who arrived to play were Nestor Natanauan Jr., Marc Cayson Caldo, Nicolo Balajadia, Jeremy Armenta, Jandell Patron, Renz Dimaano, Lorenzo Gherardelli and Ken Bellen.

The club played at the tennis court of Club Victorina inside Baseview Homes Subdivision, generously made available to the club by co-founder Jed Victor Maralit. The football was a mix of futsal and street football, using small goals with no goalkeepers.

It was agreed that the club would play every Sunday morning at the same venue.

The football was a mix of street football and futsal on a concrete surface.
